- There are over 120 LEDs per tail light unit (one side of car).The LEDs are rated for 10 years of continuous use.
- The circuit boards are reverse voltage and over voltage protected.
- The LED array uses about 80% to 85% less current then the standard tail light bulb
- They run cool and respond quickly increasing the blinkers and preserving the expensive stop light switch found on MG's
- The LED circuit boards plugs directly into the existing wiring harness including the ground wire. This eliminates problems with poor ground connections through the standard bulb socket.
- LED turn signals require an electronic flasher or a pair of load resistors for proper operations. Available at auto parts store.
- These units do not require any modifications to the car other than removing the existing wires from the tail light housing and installing the new units. Save the original wiring if you want to return the tail lights to the original configuration.
