You will need to remove the radiator whether you are using the Low Profile or the Medium Profile.

1) Drain the antifreeze.

2) Remove the top metal above the radiator. This is the piece with the seal in it. Two 7/16 bolts and a philips screw.

3) Disconnect top hose at radiator. Loosen top hose at water pump and twist up out of the way.

4) Disconnect lower hose at radiator.

5) Take out the four 1/2 inch bolts that hold the radiator in. There are two on each side. Now the unit should slide up and out.

6) Position fan as shown in the illustrations below. Use Quik mount to secure radiator. Put cover back on. Slide in place and install four bolts.

Connect thermostat if you are using one. Fill the unit and adjust the temperature setting.
